Evident Discovery provides interactive filters to identify and cull down emails and case documents, It allows A Case Administrator or designated super-reviewer can quickly cull datasets, bulk tag the documents, copy to folders or create saved searches, and then quickly assign to reviewers. Evident gives the reviewer the software solution to very quickly separate Responsive and non-responsive emails and documents.
 

Pre-Review Analytics: Evident Discovery graphically represents case details and timelines. This quickly confirms all case data has been collected, while minimizing review times and ultimately decreasing review costs.

Advanced Pre-Review Filters: Filters help the Case Administrator to interactively filter case data by date range, custodian, document file type, and other key factors. Evident Discovery provides one-touch filtering options by utilizing a data fact input list. This filtering significantly reduces review costs. The Advanced Filters feature can reduce costs up to 30% by simply applying filters to your dataset.

De-Duplication: Evident Discovery Automatically de-duplicates data across multiple data sets and custodians; this saves review time and improves review efficiency.

Multi-Language Support: Evident Discovery is fully Unicode compliant and supports multiple languages, including English, as well as common Asian and European languages.

After Filter: Filtered documents can be copied to different folders based on case and reviewer need. These folders can then be assigned to reviewers who perform their doc by doc review and designate tags.

Evident Discovery’s email Analytic Visualization (AV) allows reviewers to view email communications between email ID’s within extremely large datasets.

Case Administrators can quickly identify communication details between email ID’s and select dynamic filter options to focus their review process. Communication details are shown as reviewers select each email ID. Evident will highlight the email ID’s associated with a communication and detail the number of emails associated with these communications. Reviewers can then analyze the communications and quickly load the emails associated with the respective communication to view the text or native formats.

Case Administrators may also choose the communications links (shown below) within the diagram to identify specific communications between one email ID and the other. The communication colors link will identify, by color, the number of emails. You may also click on this link to automatically load the emails associated with this specific conversation.

Evident Discovery’s Analytic Visualization, along with its interactive email culling, is the most efficient and cost effective way to quickly filter millions of emails down to the case specific emails you need to review.
